Please Note: CASH PAYMENT = in lieu of funeral service. (If you choose another funeral undertaker)
We provide a funeral service for the main member, spouse and children over 6 yrs.
The employee may waive the funeral service in lieu of cash.
We pay out cash for children under 6 yrs and for extended family members.
The employee may request a funeral service in which case we would provide a quotation.
Waiting period – Main member, Spouse and own children under 21
Suicide one month.
Definition of Extended Family
All family members other than spouse and own children under the age of 21 yrs.
An additional premium is payable for each extended family member as per the table below (Employee can choose his own cover from the table below)
